By completing this agreement, the client agrees to all its terms and conditions in reference to the session purchased. (Check all boxes)
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the session date and time. This is a non-refundable deposit that is included in the price of the selected portrait package. The remaining balance is expected to be paid in full either before or at the time of the scheduled session via cash or PayPal.
The client is required to pay a $25 late fee if arriving 15 minutes past the scheduled session time. ALICIA PHOTOGRAPHY reserves the right to cancel the session if client arrives thirty minutes past the scheduled session time without previously advising ALICIA PHOTOGRAPHY.
Rescheduling of a session must take place within one week from the scheduled date or the session is automatically vacated and a new one will need to be booked. Rescheduling can only occur one time before the deposit is forfeited.
The total cost of the session covers the time and talent of photographer; retouching and creative editing of images, as determined by the photographer; and the specified number of images listed on the selected portrait package. The client can expect to receive the purchased, high resolution images via online sharing folder within 3-4 weeks after the session date.
The client must download photos from the online sharing folder within 2 weeks of receiving the online sharing folder. Folders are not guaranteed to remain active after 2 weeks of receiving the images via online sharing folder.
All payments are due in full unless other payment agreements have been made with ALICIA PHOTOGRAPHY. The client must agree to 3-4 weeks of processing time for their photos. If client desires to have the photos in less than the specified processing time, the client must pay a $50 fee. The option of purchasing expedited photos is not always guaranteed, but available at the discretion of ALICIA PHOTOGRAPHY.
ALICIA PHOTOGRAPHY retains all copyrights to all images created during client's session. A print release is included with digital files to print portraits for personal use. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits, selling or altering of your images without the photographer's written permission. Digital images and prints purchased from photographers can only be used for personal use, as well as commercial. Sharing on personal social media pages, web pages, or blogs is allowable but credit and link back to www.aliciaphotography.me is required.
ALICIA PHOTOGRAPHY will take the utmost care to produce pictures of good quality, however, we will not be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: bad weather, power failure, equipment malfunction, and defective memory cards or client misuse of equipment. If shooting is prevented due to such occurrences, all money paid will be refunded. Any liability on the part of ALICIA PHOTOGRAPHY will be limited to the amount of monies paid. Creative aspects such as shooting and editing style are at the discretion of ALICIA PHOTOGRAPHY.
ALICIA PHOTOGRAPHY reserves the right to use any and/or all pictures for promotional purposes. You may expect ALICIA PHOTOGRAPHY to provide high quality images of your event or session, shot in the style and manner as indicated in the examples of their work that you have been invited to view. Any individual aspects or particular requests with regard to your pictures should be made prior to signing the contract.
